There’s nothing like starting your morning off with an immune-boosting smoothie. It’s not as complicated as it may seem; all you need is the powerful antioxidant, Vitamin C!*

Nobody has ever complained about having too healthy an immune system, so if you are feeling like you need a boost or if it’s that time of year when everyone seems to be catching something, check out these Vitamin C smoothie recipes!

 

Morning Mango Booster

This smoothie is guaranteed to brighten your morning! Not only does it taste delicious, but the fruit selection will make you feel like you’re in the tropics, and that mindset can conquer any work day.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mango
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon honey

Instructions: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. If not using frozen fruit, add a few ice cubes. Top it off with some shredded coconut flakes to really get into those island vibes!


Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

With strawberries taking the lead role in this recipe, there’s no shortage of Vitamin C. But, the other berries add even more antioxidant boost, which is just as important to your health!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ⅛ cup blueberries
  • ⅛ cup raspberries
  • ⅛ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup coconut, almond milk or dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions: Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Use whatever milk you prefer and, if you don’t like sweet smoothies, then opt-out of using the honey.

 

Orange Immunity Blaster

It’s impossible to mention Vitamin C without paying tribute to oranges! If you want to start your day off with a blast of Vitamin C, then be sure to give this smoothie a try.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • ¼ cup mango, frozen
  • ¼ cup preferred milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. If possible, put the oranges in the fridge prior to blending to get the perfect chill to your smoothie.
