We may also implement pixel tags provided by other companies for the same purpose. When you use a co-branded service within our network of sites or register or otherwise provide information on a co-branded site, you grant us permission to pass the information collected back to that service or site partner. We do not make email and postal lists of our customers available on a rental basis to any third party. Should this situation change at any point in the future, 21ST Century HealthCare will contact you in advance to ascertain your prior consent.
Email and Postal Mail Deployment, Data Analysis, and Other Data Services
We provide customer lists and other information to third party companies who provide specialized services, such as email message deployment, merge-purge of lists (identifying and removing duplicate addresses), postal mailing, subscription fulfillment, customer service and telemarketing, research, statistical analysis, and other data processing. These companies work on our behalf, and we have contractual relationships with these companies and do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal information, except as necessary to perform services on our behalf. We do not provide our lists or other data to them for their own, permanent, use.
Protect our Services and Users
Corporate Transactions of 21ST Century HealthCare, Inc.
We may share personal information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a sale, assignment, divestiture, merger, bankruptcy, consolidation, reorganization, liquidation, or other transfer of the business or its assets. The purchaser or prospective purchaser that receives personal information from us in connection with a corporate transaction will be contractually obligated to use and disclose the information solely for purposes related to the transaction, to protect the information with appropriate security safeguards, and to return the information or destroy it within a reasonable time if the transaction does not proceed. Transmission to Third Parties
We do not transmit your personal information to any third party outside the United States.
Personal information is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by you, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and you can always request that we suspend the use of your personal information or request that it be deleted.
Right to Opt Out or Stop Processing

Our Services are not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us via the contact details listed below. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files. By using our services, you certify that you are not under the age of 16.
As mentioned above, our Services are intended only for adults over the age of 18. Any California residents under the age of 18 who have registered to use the website, and who have posted content or information on the web site, can request that such information be removed from the Web Site by contacting us at email@example.com. When making such a request the minor must state that he or she personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the post and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines or others we do not control.
